Contract terms
Last updated: 29 May 2026These Terms govern the contracting of the services offered at ebecerra.es. By accepting a signed quote, contracting a plan or starting any paid service, you accept these conditions.
1. Service provider
Enrique Becerra García, Spanish Tax ID (NIF) 52894473Q, registered at Calle Antonio Cumella 13, 28030 Madrid. Contact: legal@ebecerra.es
2. Subject
Services are structured in two contracting paths:
- Service contract — initial payment + monthly fee, with a 12-month minimum term. Three tiers: Essential (€399 + €49/mo), Professional (€699 + €69/mo) and Advanced (€999 + €89/mo).
- Direct purchase — project payment with no recurring fee. Three tiers: Essential (€900), Professional (€1,500) and Advanced (€2,000).
- Add-ons — optional services contracted separately: AI chatbot (€49 setup + €9/mo) and booking system (€199, no monthly fee).
- Custom services — projects out of catalogue (rescues of legacy sites, intranets, large integrations, sites with more than 30 pages). Quoted after an initial conversation.

3. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on the site and in these Terms are in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. The invoice breaks down the taxable base and the VAT applied.
Additional content migration beyond what is included in the tier: €15 per extra static page and €25 per blog post or rich-content entry.
4. Contracting process
- Free initial conversation (video call or email) to understand the project.
- Written closed quote with scope, deadline, milestones and price.
- Acceptance of the quote by email or signature. That acceptance implies express acceptance of these Terms.
- Payment of the first milestone and project kick-off.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account stated on each invoice. Instalment scheme:
- Direct purchase, catalogue tiers (€900 / €1,500 / €2,000): 50% on quote acceptance (kick-off and calendar reservation) and 50% on production delivery.
- Custom services (long projects, off-catalogue): 30% on signing, 40% on reaching the agreed intermediate milestone and 30% on delivery.
- Service contract: setup payment (€399 / €699 / €999) on signing, plus monthly fee (€49 / €69 / €89) from month 1, invoiced at the start of each monthly period.
- Add-ons: 100% on add-on delivery. The chatbot monthly fee (€9/mo) is invoiced from the month following activation.
All invoices include the applicable VAT. If a recurring invoice goes 30 days unpaid, service is suspended until the situation is regularised.
6. Asset ownership
To avoid dependencies and disputes, this is the default ownership split for any contracting modality:
- Domain: always in the client's name, from day 1. If the client already has a domain, it stays in their name. If a new one is registered, it's registered directly in the client's name. The provider may appear as technical administrator to manage DNS.
- Infrastructure accounts (hosting, CDN, CMS, database, monitoring): in the provider's name while the service lasts, to enable deployments, support and maintenance. At the end of the contractual relationship, they are transferred to the client or the necessary credentials are handed over.
- Source code: in Direct purchase, owned by the client from day 1, with full usage licence. In Service contract, the provider maintains the operational copy during the contract term and delivers the full source repository to the client when the relationship ends (or earlier on written request).
- Client content: texts, photos, end-user data and any material provided always belong to the client. The provider acts as data processor under GDPR.
- Design and brand: visual design produced specifically for the client's project belongs to the client. Generic design-system components of the provider (utilities, unbranded code helpers) remain with the provider and can be reused on other projects.
7. Delivery time
Indicative timelines: Essential 2-3 weeks, Professional 4-6 weeks, Advanced 4-6 weeks. The actual deadline is fixed in the quote with weekly milestones. Delays caused by the client (content not delivered, validation responses missing, etc.) pause the calendar without penalty for the provider.
8. Revisions and scope changes
Each proposal includes 2 rounds of revision on navigable mockups before development, at no extra cost. Scope changes requested after development has started (new sections, unforeseen integrations, deep design changes) are quoted separately and require written approval before execution.
9. Minimum term and cancellation of the Service contract
The Service contract has a minimum term of 12 months from quote acceptance. This minimum exists because the reduced initial payment (€399 / €699 / €999) assumes that the monthly fee over 12 months covers the base value of the website.
If the client cancels the Contract before completing the 12 months, a settlement applies for the difference between the base website value (the equivalent Direct purchase tier: €900 / €1,500 / €2,000) and what has been paid so far. This clause is explained to the client before signing — never in fine print.
After the initial 12 months, the Contract renews month-to-month and the client may unsubscribe at any time with 30 days' notice, with no penalty.
The provider may terminate the Contract with 30 days' notice, managing the orderly transfer of assets to the client.
10. Warranty and post-delivery support
Direct purchase projects include 3 months of post-delivery support to fix any development error not detected during testing (bugs, behaviours not agreed). Out of warranty: new features, scope changes, problems caused by third parties (downtime of hosting contracted by the client, errors of external providers) and modifications made by the client to the code.
Service contracts include continued support for the entire contract term, with the response times of the contracted tier.
11. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
If you contract as a consumer (natural person not acting professionally, within the meaning of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from signing, without needing to justify.
Important: if you expressly request that service provision begin before those 14 days have elapsed (for example, not to lose the calendar slot), you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw with the service started but not complete, you must pay the proportional amount for the work already done.
To exercise withdrawal, send an email to legal@ebecerra.es stating your name, contracting date and the decision to withdraw.
If you contract as a freelancer, company or professional, this right does not apply under consumer protection law.
12. Data protection
Processing of personal data of clients is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at ebecerra.es/en/privacidad. When the contracted service implies the provider accessing personal data of the client's end users (for example, site database, booking system, contacts), the parties will sign a data-processor contract under GDPR art. 28.
13. Confidentiality
Information exchanged during a project is treated as confidential unless it is public or already known. In projects handling sensitive or strategic information, a specific NDA is signed before the first technical meeting.
14. Changes to the Terms
The provider may update these Terms to reflect regulatory or service-model changes. The version applicable to each client is the one in force on the date of quote acceptance. Material changes to live Contracts are communicated 30 days in advance, and the client may rescind without penalty if they don't accept them.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, except where consumer protection law establishes a different jurisdiction in favour of the consumer (in which case that jurisdiction prevails).
