You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, the following is forbidden:

I make every reasonable effort to keep information up to date and the site available, but I cannot guarantee:

• That the site is operational 100% of the time. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting provider issues or force majeure.
